How to Order
Use our secure online transaction system to purchase your goods. See security below for details about this service.
You can create and process an order using the website's online catalogue. Our system is fully secure but if you rather not use your credit card online, you will have the option of processing your order and customer service will phone for your credit card details.
Do Not send credit card details via normal email. Redki accepts no responsibility for security of data transmitted via unencrypted email.
At Redki we are committed to high quality jewellery. We guarantee that our products will be delivered in new condition without damage or fault in craftsmanship.
If the product was damaged or faulty in its craftsmanship at the time of delivery to you (the customer), you may return the product within 7 days (of the delivery date) and Redki will replace the item.
We are not able to refund the shipping cost as that will have been incurred and products must be returned at the customer's shipping cost.
This guarantee is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer. Refunds will not be given after 7 days of the date of delivery of the item to the customer (except as required by law).
To claim a refund the instructions below must be followed. See the section below headed 'Procedure for claiming a refund and returning products and return shipping instructions'.
A refund will not be given in circumstances that include:
- if the product is not returned within 7 days of the date of delivery to the customer (except as required by law);
- if the returned product is not received back in its original new and unused condition (We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used or worn or damaged. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer and the customer will be charged for the full purchase price, any shipping incurred in delivering the product to the customer in the first instance and for the return shipping of the product);
- if the item received back from the customer has been damaged (damaged after it was delivered to the customer);
- if the product once inspected by us is found not to be faulty or damaged;
To claim a refund under this guarantee you must first notify us within 7 days by email to advise us of the problem with the product.
Postage Australia Rates
Redki will ship your parcel within 2-3 days of payment clearance.
We use parcel post, Express post or registered mail within Australia, this generally take 1-2 days to deliver from postage.

At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
- We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
- We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Postage International Rates
International parcels are posted via air-mail. Delivery generally takes 5-7 working days from payment clearance. A flat rate of $20.00AU for any weight or size parcel applies.

You will receive an email notification of your order shortly after completing your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please let us know as your email address may have been entered incorrectly and we will be unable to contact you. Please contact us here.
Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 14 days from dispatch. Redki will not exchange or refund goods unless the items are damaged or faulty when purchased. Sorry, we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. Sale items or end of range run-outs will not be exchanged.
Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods are examined prior to packaging to ensure the products are sent in good condition. Our packing process is double checked and initialled by those packing to ensure accuracy and quality of the goods sent. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a ‘no charge’ replacement. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment within 14 days and pay all freight costs.
Steps to return faulty product
- Please contact Redki through the 'CONTACT US' tab and let us know what you wish to return and reason for the return
- Customer Service will contact you to discuss, upon approval of return:
- Enclose a copy of the invoice with the return
- Ensure the items are packaged securely to prevent breakage or damage
Note - if you made your purchase by direct bank deposit be sure to supply your bank deposit details - Name, BSB Number and Account Number.
How To Make A Return Damaged Products
- Items must be returned to Redki within 14 days from dispatch.
- Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging intact.
- There may be a 15% restocking fee for the items which are returned.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Items that are discounted or are on sale are not refundable. Any special orders (e.g. Jewellery), merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
