Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit encryption. Credit Card details are securely collected at the time of payment only and are not retained on our database.
Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods are examined prior to packaging to ensure the products are sent in good condition. Our packing process is double checked and initialled by those packing to ensure accuracy and quality of the goods sent. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a ‘no charge’ replacement. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment within 14 days and pay all freight costs. For more details read our Returns Policy.

Terms of Wholesale
Application
Wholesale is only available after approval. Fill in the 'online' application which can be found in the drop down box of 'the customer service' tab. Your application will be assessed and should you be successful and email will be sent advising of your wholesale access upon which you can immediately be able to view the wholesale prices. Wholesale is available on both Jewellery and beading products.
BEADS & BEADING PRODUCTS WHOLESALE
Initial wholesale order: $250 for Silver wholesale discount being 25% OR
$400 for Gold wholesale discount being 35%
Minimum Order: ongoing orders are a minimum of $50 after discount
JEWELLERY WHOLESALE
Initial wholesale order: $400 discount being 35%
Minimum Order: $100 minimum after initial order of $400
Delivery
For Beading products please allow parcel post 2-4 days. For Jewellery please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery as each piece is handcrafted and made to order. An email will be sent advising of the approximate delivery date. Should you require an urgent order please contact us at to make arrangements for an earlier delivery.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon placing the order by either Bank Deposit or Credit Card through our secure online ordering system.
Cancellation policy
As the jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, cancellation of the order will not be accepted.
