As all Redki jewellery, hair pieces and silk flowers are custom made and created for you upon placing your order; cancellations, alterations or changes to the agreed design are not accepted.  Should any alterations be required after placing the order; additional charges will apply.

Returns and Repairs Policy

Important Information

Redki Guarantee - all products are guaranteed against manufacturers faults for 6 months from date of purchase. Please ensure your goods are carefully packaged and protected when returning to us for repair. We take no responsibility for damage or loss in post/transit. Your receipt as ‘proof of purchase’ must be included with any return.
It is your responsibility to pay for any returns postage, however Redki will pay for your goods to be returned to you after repair or replacement.  In the event that the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be made.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  There are no refunds on sale items.
Before your purchases are shipped to you, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.
In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately.
If goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will repair the item.

Returns Procedure – 4 easy steps

1.  You must notify us of your intention to return any item within 7 days of delivery.  You can do this by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your name, address and a contact number, description of the item and reason for return, tax invoice number and date of purchase.
2.  We will email you a returns number and the address for delivery.
3.  Include your receipt and the returns number with the item in the package and ensure that  the item is carefully wrapped and protected for transport.
4.  Once we receive the items, we will either repair or replace with 14 days and return by post to you.


Care Instructions

You have purchased a fashion accessory that requires some amount of care to maintain its beauty and wearability.

- When worn against the skin, you must wipe with soft cloth to remove perfume, makeup, fingerprints and acid from skin.
- Clean gently, never brush as this may loosen stones and settings.  Never use detergents, ammonia, alcohol or jewellery cleaners as these are abrasive.
- Always put jewellery on after applying perfumes, hairspray and make-up.
- Do not wear while swimming or in the shower.
- Store pieces in the packaging supplied and never throw or store pieces in a jewellery box where it may be scratched.
- All Redki products are guaranteed against manufacturers faults for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.

The guarantee does not cover faults from loss, accidental damage or mistreatment, modifications to design or damage from perfume, hairspray, water or other agents.

Delivery

Beading products  - please allow parcel post 2-4 days.
Jewellery please - allow approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery as each piece is handcrafted and made to order. An email will be sent advising of the approximate delivery date. Should you require an urgent order please contact us at to make arrangements for an earlier delivery.

Terms of Wholesale

Application

Wholesale is only available after approval. Fill in the 'online' application which can be found in the drop down box of 'the customer service' tab. Your application will be assessed and should you be successful and email will be sent advising of your wholesale access upon which you can immediately be able to view the wholesale prices. Wholesale is available on both Jewellery and beading products.
