What is your Warranty policy?

All Redki ® Products are carefully hand constructed from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of a handmade process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all Redki ® pieces from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear) and we will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product.

Please contact us directly regarding any warranty claim as outlined in our ‘Returns & Exchanges’.

You acknowledge that the products require special maintenance as outlined in our CARE instructions. Redki ® will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by You to maintain the product properly. Please note that colours of the products may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor, phone or ipad.

The ‘Redki’ ® brand are collections of quality handmade jewellery and accessories that have their own unique style inspired by the beautiful world we live in. We suggest you take the following steps to best care for your ‘Redki’ ® jewellery.

Due to health reasons under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, then we have the option of repair.

Due to health reasons under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, then we have the option of repair.

If your jewellery is still under warranty and you wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, Redki ® has the right to repair the product; should it not be able to be repaired we will gladly exchange the piece in accordance with the following process:

That the fault happened within the 6 month warranty i.e. invoice shows date of purchase and fault happened within 6 months from the date of purchase on the invoice.
– You must notify Redki ® by email info@redki.com.au to obtain a “Return ID number”.
– You must provide a “proof of purchase” being the invoice.
– You must return the Product to Redki at 20 Edenderry Street, Manly West Qld 4179 after you obtain approval and a return ID number.
Redki ® will then repair or replace the Product.

Redki ® can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If You wish to exchange, please make Your request clear when requesting Your Return ID number. Please note that unfortunately, returns may not be made to a Redki ® stockist.

Refunds will only be available should an item not be repaired. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or via the paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Redki ®, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.

Refunds will only be given to Products purchased directly through Redki ®. Refunds and exchanges will not be given to Redki ® stock purchased from Redki ® stockists. Exchanges will only be given to Products purchased directly through Redki ® with proof of purchase.
